I was very satisfied with Lee and the Classic Collision experience. I appreciate the $ 200.00 credit in consideration for the paint failure from a $ 10K repair 5 years ago. I was surprised that you now have a lifetime warranty on the paint work - don't really understand that if you now have a lifetime guarantee that you would not warrant previous work for more than three years.

Service and my experience was mediocre, at best. Completed bare minimum service after setting expectation of going above and beyond when it was left for repair. We determined that expectation was set only to get the business. Receiving text updates was actually phenomenal in keeping me up to date with the progress of my car repair...very pleased with that feature. Front desk person was nice and tried to satisfy us within her role...another good observation. Back to the mediocre and less...Then we waited 45 minutes for car to be brought out when we were told twice that it would be 10 and 5 min respectively, to wash the pollen off the car from sitting outside (my car does not sit outside at home..don't know why it sat outside here after paint on part of the car was one of the repairs). In summary, not pleased with the service experience, bare minimum repairs on the car was completed, but overall expectations were not met. What a shame. Would be hard pressed to come back.
