Classic Collision provided a great experience to a somewhat stressful event. Starting right from the beginning, estimate was fair. They were prompted in ensuring that I was aware of the progression of my car. I was very pleased with the service on my vehicle. Coming into classic collisions I was able to talk with someone immediately and they were able to set me up with someone to discuss an estimate. They were able to give me an estimate very quickly. They gave me the lowest estimate after going to two other places for estimates. I was updated at every step of the repair process. Classic Collision finished the repair severeal days before the original completion date! Overvall I had a fantastic experience with Classic Collision and cannot recommend them enough. I was told it would be one to two business days to repair, so I rented a car for three days just to be sure. Unfortunately it took four days to repair. I was disappointed to have to extend my car rental to four days(at my expense).
