I was not really dissatisfied but not satisfied enough that I would recommend to anyone. I know I am new at this so I did not expect the paint smell to be so strong in the car .for someone like me I have to drive with the windows as the paint fumes irritate my breathing. I still have to make time to return to the shop, using my gas and time to get the cargo hold that they forgot to return to my car. At the time of the accident I WAS missing one wheel cover but no one asked me and one wheel cover was lost in the accident and I could have told them that if they had asked. Not a bad job but I would ask for recommendations for someone else if I ever find myself in this position again. All in all the experience is just okay

Alex did a wonderful job. He always called me and let me know what progress was being made to my car. I was slightly disappointed that when I went to get my repaired car there was paint on my steering wheel and that the right rear wheel that was supposed to be brand new was the same wheel that had been involved in my accident and had not been replaced.
