Drivers side floor mat was removed but replaced on top of the accelerator pedal by the body shop. Pulling out, the vehicle went full throttle! I switched it off and pulled over, in the dark. Figured out what happened and had to remove the floor mat and reinstall. Very fortunate my wife wasn’t driving! Could have been a serious accident. Very dangerous. Also, will look more in the daylight but the rear hatch appears to not match the rest of the car.
