The back outside panel was not lined up properly. It was taken back into the shop and heated up to and re shaped. I'm concerned I am going to have problems with rain and water getting into the panel.
Other than that everything was great. The people at the front desk are very helpful and professional. The repairs were done early and the paint blended well.

Getting the rental car was a complicated adventure, they did work on the car fast and luckily I didn't have to keep the really uncomfortable rental top long. My car is back dirty and smells like glue so I'll have to figure out how to solve that.

My experience was pretty good until I started asking about painting the trunk of my car. The only thing I could hear from tech say how expensive it was. Then I just said give me the estimate on the front of the car. I really wanted my trunk painted. I would have just given the customer the price they wanted.
