My car repair was completed multiple days ahead of schedule. John Harris kept me informed of the progress of my repair and everyone I spoke with were very helpful and polite. If I need additional service done, I would most definitely use them again.

My experience with John Harris was below average at best. My car just needed new wheels and tires and it took over 8 days to get it done. My car sat there for about 3 business days without anyone looking at it. . Once the parts were received it still took 2 days for the tires to be put on. I never received a phone call about my vehicle so I had to call up there everyday to check on the status. When I would talk to employees they would tell me they would call back later that day with more information, which never happened. I felt as if I got the run around the whole time because no one would give me an answer or a timeline. Lets just say I will not bring my car back and I will not be recommending your services to anyone I know in the area.

I just would have liked better clarification on when my vehicle would be ready. I was told 3 days but after I turned the car over and went home I received a call saying it would be 7 days. It ended up being 6 days.
