Have extended hours for those that can not pick up their cars until after 5. I was told that your office closed at 5:15. Maybe extend hours until 6:00pm.

I was very happy with the customer service I received and the speed at which my repair was completed. I thought it was great that I could watch the progress on my vehicle online. The body work looks great. The paint job is very disappointing. The urethane waves that are present in the portions that were painted are very easy to see. I the paint color match looks great. am not looking for a "show car" finish. I just want a comparable finish to the rest of the vehicle which I know is in no way perfect. I identified this problem at pick up and was told it could be polished out one the paint was fully hardened.
