Very impressed with how quickly my car was ready. Was originally quoted Feb 13 for pick up. Car was very clean, repairs look great. Only complaint would be the acetone like smell in the car when we picked it up. It was enough to make the kid’s eyes water. Maybe cracking the windows and spraying an air freshener before the pick up would’ve helped. Other than that, very pleased with John Harris. Would definitely use again.

The repair was beautiful but I just realized that some rocks I had in the back of my car were evidently discarded. They were collected when I was in Asheville when my grandson was born and were to be part of a piece of art... I'm very disappointed. Yet you saved a bag of trash. Unbelievable
