My rep Chris was polite and friendly. He took my calls and helped me throughout my repair. I am a repeat customer, and will come back aging if I ever have to.

I live in Seattle and bring my car to your south auburn location because of the service I receive from Nick Butchart and Chris. Anytime something happens to my car I take it to Nick, his work is always perfect and quick. When I drop it off there I know my car is safe with him. The Cadillac pearl white is hard to match and you can't even tell my car had work done. My car has been hit twice this year due to someone else's fault and both times Chris has helped me work with the other persons insurance seemlessly, and both times Nick has made it perfect. I come from a family of six, and Nick is the only one we let work on our cars. You guys always go above and beyond expectations, Chris and Nick are both friendly and professional and it's really appreciated.
