Much better job than the service king in Georgia off of Bells Ferry. The one in auburn were respectful and completed the full repair. No hassles. Easy to communicate with them when I had questions. Nothing stolen from my car. Well done.

I filled out the survey I was sent. I was happy with the service but did reply that alignment was off and it made a noise. No one responded so I called. Now they're saying I bottomed out and there's damage. That did not happen after I received it. When I drove the vehicle home I noticed the alignment and a day or so later I noticed the noise when I turned the music off. They are refusing to fox it or look at the survey to see what I said. I believe it was damaged when I received it back

Car still has damage, nothing lines up and I had to get another collsion company to look over the damage because service king doesn't know anything about cars. I also will be taking it into fiat tomorrow and will be calling my bank to cancel payments because this is fraud because you didn't fix anything.I really can't belive how bad this place is. Everyone at the south Auburn location was very helpful. My car was fixed in 2 days which was 5 days quicker than they originally quoted. They forgot to buff out my tail light prior to my arrival but were very accommodating and buffed it right out in less than 2 mins. It was nice to have great customer service when dealing with an unfortunate car damage situation and they made the experience pleasant.

The quality and finish of the removal and replacement of the rear bottom half of the bumper couldn't be better. Of course, it's just the eve of when we picked up the vehicle and no noticeable defects as far as back up sensors etc after reinstall atop was done.

I was told that the interior of the car was washed and vacuumed. It did not look washed nor vacuumed at all. I even asked Kyle, again, if it was really cleaned and vacuumed, after I looked inside the car, he insisted that it was. So I took a picture of the inside of the car, to make sure what I'm looking at is a cleaned and vacuumed car, but it is not. Although I believe that the outside is washed and cleaned, but not the inside or the trunk.
I called Geico about it and was told that Kyle will be calling me sometime today, 27th Feb, but did not receive any call at all.
