It was the easiest process! Everyone that took care of us ACTUALLY took care of us. The receptionist was beyond personable, the representative from our insurance was great and explained every step flawlessly, and the gentleman that explained the damage/quotes was exceptional. It was done in a timely manner and we felt welcomed and not taken advantage of. They made the best out of a bad situation for us. So thank you for the TLC!

It's not fix yet, it's looking worst than the time I drop off my car. The colors don't blend properly, there are bumps and stains. I reported to the representative and she said I will have to come back again on Monday to fix the stuff again. She completely agreed that the job is done in a hurry and in a very poor manner.
What an inconvenience, I had to cancel my plan of going out of town during the weekend to get my car back. Though on 12th when I gave my car, I told them I have outings planned this weekend and either they can deliver on Friday or anytime next week would work. Sure enough, they disregarded all my requests and gave me ultimatum to pick up my car this weekend.
Look now, I will have to again go their on Monday to get my car fix. I have office on Monday, not sure how much more trouble I have in waiting. I am upset and very disappointed
