Our first experience **** year ago with Mike and his team at Kirmac Collision was a 10 out of 10 in terms of customer service, professionalism, and on time delivery of quality workmanship. We were relieved to learn that Service King had retained Kirmac's original service team and business partnerships with Geico Insurance and Enterprise Car Rental, ensuring the seamless process that brought me back to this repair center. Although my vehicle was completed 6 days beyond scheduled delivery, it is a reflection of the service team's determination to always strive for excellence in quality. They identified further damage which was not visible until the muffler was being replaced, so the delay was justifed and I appreciate the integrity they exercised to our benefit. Mike and his team kept us up-to-date at every milestone with unobtrusive texts. I have more to say but its taken me **** hour to type this review as your scrolling feature loses my cursor position and then jumps back to the top of the web page, then it takes forever to finger scroll to the lady word entered. Kindly ask your service feedback programmers to fix this inefficiency.

Shauna Wofford Was the one who help me for the whole process. she is the best and also her manager who work in Bellevue location. It's my second time to fix my BMW over here.
