Michael was my contact during the repair. I thought he was great, always considerate of my time and very respectful absolutely no complaints with the customer service aspect of the transaction. Currently my new convertible top is holding really well, so the tangible aspect of the transaction is good, too. Thank you for simply doing what you should do and nothing less.
