This place is great, it was quick and easy and every one seemed to know exactly what was happening. They kept me updated every second of the way and actually seemed happy to help me. I have had to deal with this kind of stuff before and was honestly dreading it, but Matt Berry(Geico), Michael Ballou(Service King) and Austin Shepherd(enterprise) made it extremely stress free for me. Why aren't more companies like this?

There was a miscommunication which resulted in us receiving a call saying our van was ready to pick up. However it wasn't.
That said, the Geico rep was very apologetic and helpful. Geico and Service King definitely came through and made it right.
It was a misunderstanding, it happens, and it was fixed. In the end, yes, we were satisfied.
