Excellent service and kudos to Christian for his communication and assistance in making this such an easy and accommodating experience. After getting home, we noticed a"burnt rubber" smell emanatingso far from the front, driver's side wheel well, Being dark and rainy, we are shutting down the car and will Jessica will call in the morning for instruction and advice. It seems logical not to drive it if this may cause damage, but suspect it is probably minor at this point. Based on experience so far, I have no doubt Service King will provide its usual excellent service to correct the situation and get us back into operation.
