I only had 2 issues yhat prevented me from giving service king superb rating for the provided r. ****. The customer service provided by Greta rent a car was deplorable. The attendant would find any way it seemed to say no to just about any reasonable request..She made me feel like i was a burden foe even asking for a ride back to your location and made me wait twice for her to take her lunch break even though the pending request would have taken a minute so rhat i could be on my way back home after being in an auto accident. She showed clear facial expressions, body language and tone conveying her dislike of my requests interrupting her chatting and playing.on her cell phone. I was made to feel like a nuisance, unwanted, despised, and unwelcome. I would avoid using HERTZ rental if i could avoid it on any way and would mpst certainly never recommend that company for any purpose to anyone. 2. Better communication would have been appreciated in the matter of payment of rhe deductible. I was shocked and greatly affected by the surprise payment of 500 dollars on such short notice. Other than those 2 issues.... Your staff was fast, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job on the repairs to my car. I would highly recommend service king to anyone. Even better my car was completed two days prior to the expected completion date. Everyone was very nice, personable, and empathetic to my incident.
