Well I came in no appointment and unannounced. They took care of me as they could (swiftly), they are professional, place was clean, they called me for any follow ups information I might need to know, job was done to perfection, job was finished earlier than estimated. And overall I was treated only with respect regardless of of being hit and having to deal with a situation one would rather not, (car wreck) I felt my dealings with service king were only positive. Sorry I showed up unannounced or if I was seemingly ever rude as the car wreck was a bit stressful for me. Money situations can **** if its limited in ones bank lol.

After dropping off the rental from enterprise at the Service King in Renton where I was picking up my car, I asked if I needed to sign anything or if there was additional paperwork needed, to which the service king staff said no and that I was welcome to leave. I then received a call later that same day from Enterprise claiming that a scratch was present in the vehicle that I do not know about. Now, I might be liable for damage for a vehicle I left in possession with service king because I didn't know or wasn't told that I should stay to complete the final inspection with an Enterprise rep. If I had a rental, the service king staff should have advised me to stay until enterprise arrived to pick up the vehicle so that this issue could have been avoided. I hope this becomes a policy from now on so others don't have to deal with Enterprise's **** about scratches.
