The staff was great, personable and very communicative. My car was repaired in record time and the updates I got via phone and text helped me work around scheduling for drop off of my rental and pick up of my vehicle. I hope to never have to visit them again, but I would whole heartedly recommend them.

When I dropped the vehicle off on June 25th, I was told it would be ready to pick up at 7am on July 6th when we returned from our vacation. The vehicle was not ready to pick up until 5pm. I was given an explanation which I understand. I was able use my wife's car to take care of my errands during the day. I would rate the experience as a 9 instead of a 10; a minor inconvenience.
