Betsy was amazing! We have been bringing our cars here since the 90’s because we always get such great service and the work is the best! Betsy made my week when she let me know I didn’t have to do the fix Volkswagon told me and it was much cheaper then originally thought! Thank you thank you!

Service King was great but what was so frustrating was that Sefvice Kkng would of had our car retired to us the 4th week in January but they had to wait for Ford to manufacture the wire harness. Service King finally got it February 22nd and we got our car back on Thursday 2/2. No fault of Sedvice King but Ford needs to get third act together.
