My experience with Service King was excellent. I like how transportation was provided from Service King to Hertz Rental in Kent. I didn’t use this service because I wasn’t told, but I like that the service was available. Also, I was updated numerous times of where they were of my car’s repair. Giving me a timeline was indeed very helpful. Also, I really like that I was able to leave the rental car at Service King in which save me time. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you for all your hard work. I was pleased.

A ground wire was left in connected. When I arrived home I could smell burning insulation under hood. I called Josh at Kent location right away. I'm afraid of more damage if the truck ignition is turned on. Josh will call me this morning for how to proceed from here.

My car is not working properly since the repair. The check engine light and the traction control light are on now. And it frequently is chugging, almost as if it is applying the brake. I don’t know what the ramifications are if I drive it as I am not at all mechanical.

I only came to have some trunk lining replaced. When I brought my car in, the fuse to the trunk light already needed replacing. Service king replaced it. They didn't have to do that. What a great surprise not to have to do it myself. Above and beyound. I appreciate that so much.
