The manager of Service King, Todd, was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. He and his crew went above and beyond the service and repair of my car that I had expected. He kept in constant contact with me about the actual repairs and completion time. Alice, the Geico Insurance adjuster was fantastic too. My whole experience with Service King and Geico was excellent, positive and stress free. I always look for & expect professional & friendly customer service as it is the first impression I have of a business. If that's lacking, I usually question the integrity of the company.
