gas cap is not connected. also when you drive the car over 50 miles,there is a noise.my son will call.

Failure to clearly explain the process of ordering the needed parts prior to the appointment. I arrived on the scheduled day to find that the part was not ordered. I was told the part should have been paid for when I went in to schedule an appointment. I had paperwork with check in hand have it to the person who I was working with. She made copies and handed everything back including the check. I arrived for my appointment to their apologies and was told they didn't have the part because they didn't keep the check to pay for it. I had to reschedule taking more time off.
