Completely satisfied with service on vehicle. Very friendly staff and good updates. Not completely satisfied with the loaner vehicle experience. I signed a paper saying the tank in the car was full before ever getting in the car. The tank was not full, and I took a photo as proof. I returned the vehicle with as much fuel as I received it with, but it wasn't full. Kelly was rather rude when I explained this to her. Perhaps customers should be shown proof of a full tank before they are asked to sign saying it is full. (The tank was under the 7/8 line when I received the car)

Please have more accurate estimates for repairs to be done. I received an email update stating car would be ready in 4 additional days. Less than 24 hours later got a call stating it was done. Also told gas was to be .25 full at return.

Good service! Paulo was very knowledgeable and efficient. Gave us a very nice loaner!!! Our repair was very quick! Oil was changed and car was washed - always nice to be able to accomplish everything in one visit! The Honda service manager was in the repair shop office when we picked up our car and was so kind to us - we weren't charged for the oil change!!! Thanks to all????
