During my initial vehicle assessment the assessor said the vehicle would likely only need to be in for 4 days. At that time I opted out of a rental car because I did not need it for the short time I was expecting my vehicle to be gone and did not see the point of adding unneeded cost to the claim. When I dropped the vehicle off I was advised they would need it for 10 or more days which ended up causing some minor issues in personal scheduling. It may have been a communication error on either party's part in the beginning but other than that everything was great. No need for further communication, service was good.
