The staff, especially Luis, was great but told the car was ready on Thursday so I left work early and then got told that the part wasn't it in so it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Just an inconvenience as I work downtown and had to leave early two days this week. But the repair looks great and customer service great...just took 17 days to get it back and was originally told it would take about 3 days.
