I am very satisfied with the work that was done with my car. The communication was great. It was done by the time that was originally estimated. I don have one issue with enterprise, the car was given to me with less than half a tank of gas, but I will be talking to them about that. Hopefully I won't need you guys for a while, but when I do need a body shop again Chilton will be my place.

Trunk was taken apart and not put back together. Scratch on the newly painted door. Siding under the door that was damaged during the accident was not repaired at all. All of these were discovered after leaving the shop. Most shops walk you around the car and tell you exactly what was done. This wasn't done either.

The service was good but the work I was expecting to be perfect according to adjuster, the work was okay and the part they used are cheap quality and you can tell that's fake and not like the original even the bumper is not replaced correctly; when I picked the car up I found paint on the front passenger seat.
