I received several texts my car would be ready by 4. When I arrived at 4:10 it had just been sent to be washed. The man there said he was just going to call me to say it would be ready by 5. Luckily, I wasn't on a tight schedule but it could cause someone a lot of trouble. Otherwise, great experience. We are very happy and will return next time!
