The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and communicative. They were accommodating and flexible with scheduling. They explained everything. Communication through Chilton was fantastic. Car looks great!

This is the 2nd time I have had my car fixed at Chilton.
Both times I dealt with Roderick. Its A+ service from the time you walk thru the doors. Insurance, car rental - everything is taken care off.
This time he was able to prioritize my fix and brought up the completion date by 5 days. This saved me immensely as I leave the country tomorrow for **** month.
I never want to see Roderick again - as that means I crashed again !
But he & his team make a major headache into something manageable and somewhat pleasant........yes - I said pleasant when talking about crashing my truck !

This Nob Hill branch of the Chilton chain really function as a TEAM from the expert estimation of manager David Wong to finished repair delivery.
During the repair process, Roderick kept me posted by daily email of the process and estimated time of completed repair. Roderick facilitated my insurance claim by permitting me to do an on-site long distance speaker phone conference with him and the Farmers' adjuster, who had questions, so repairs can begin w/o further delay! The garage is well lighted, clean, and well organized. Roderick even had a front line repairman Winston readjusted a wheel cover when I was driving away! Customer Service above and beyond!
Highly recommended.

Chilton Auto Body performs excellent service. I was nervous about my car being hit while parked, but Roderick took care of my worry and my car with perfection and precision. All steps of the process were communicated effectively and clearly. All questions were answered. The work was done very quickly and to a very high standard. I got my car back in better condition than I left it, which IS A FIRST FOR ME FOR AUTO SERVICE, including manufacturer servicing!!
I would DEFINITELY recommend Chilton to anyone, and if my car gets damaged again, I know where to go for excellent service. I am a perfectionist so don't take this review lightly.
