Broderick Yung is very professional and explained every steps very slowly everything in detailed. I dropped off the car on 9/5 Tuesday. I told him even though my insurance will pay for the car rental I prefer to drive my own car because of the nature of my job. He promised me the car will be ready the earliest on 9/8 Friday if not it will be next week of Tuesday. I gave him my claim #, adjuster name and ph#. I was so thrilled when I got a call from Roderick that my car is ready to be pick up today 9/8. When I came to pick up my car, everything was ready including my receipt. OMG! my car looks like brand new. They have clean the interior and exterior of my car. I never had this kind of experienced from other car repair shops including the car dealers(Royal Automotive VW and Sonnen VW). Mr. Hung took good care of my car and his work quality is outstanding. I will highly recommend Chilton Autobody and ask for Mr. Awesome(Roderick Hung). Thank you Mr. Hung for your all your help and kindness.
