In the end, I was happy. But first, the car repair was given to me incomplete. I called back so it took another day to be done completely. This would have been ok but no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. I partially blame myself for not looking at it when I picked it up. The problem would have been avoided if the person who delivered it to me had looked at the repair himself or with me before I left the site.

The first time I came in was on a Friday, I was told my truck would be ready at the end of the following week. The following friday I had to call to find out it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Monday morning I called to confirm that it would be ready. The person I spoke with informed me that my truck was going into paint as we speak. I don't do body work so I didn't know this meant that my truck wouldn't be ready. When I asked if I could pick it up in the afternoon the guy said "uhh, no. Its being painted today." I asked when I could pick it up. I was told Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I called around 10am. At which time I was told my truck would be ready at noon. I was given a call to say it wouldn't be ready until 2. I left work early to pick up my truck. I arrived at 4:00 only to be told my truck wouldn't be ready for another 30 min. The repair work done looks great. I just wish the schedule could've been communicated more efficiently. Thanks -Joshua R
