The car was promised on Friday, insured work and extra work were on two separate orders to be done. I called the day of pick up and confirmed all the work was complete. When I arrived only the insured work was done and no one knew the job was incomplete except me. When I brought it to their attention everyone just shrugged their shoulders and promised me me that it would ready on Monday. So I took a lyft back home. Monday the work was done as promised and it looked great.
I am not detailing this to bash a mistake. I have used Chilton in San Jose for a Geico claim with success and trusted your service. There must be a shortcoming in the job supervision to let the car get through the whole process without anyone ever looking at the workorder and checking the work done. This seems very fundamental to any repair/ service business. I present this as constructive criticism I hope you can look at your process and make some changes.

It's taking way too long to get my car done. I tried picking up my car last week and it wasn't repaired correctly. I tried picking it up for a second time today and the bill was incorrectly calculated. Manager had left for the day and I was told to wait until Monday to get bill corrected.
Not sure what kind of operation you are running but it needs to be fixed.
