The lady at the front desk was rude. I don't think this is because that is her personality, I think it may be due to her being overwhelmed with customers while
she is the only person available. She answers the phone & instantaneously says "Can you please hold?" & without any confirmation from me she says "Ok, Thank You." I understand you may be busy, but don't be rude & just put me on hold anyway whether I say yes or no.
My second complaint is that when I went to pick my car up it was covered in some sort of filth. A layer of what looked to be shaved down plastic, or a byproduct of a shop repair. Plus my aftermarket subwoofer was flipped upside down & tangled laying in my trunk when I picked my vehicle up.

The body work was fine. My vehicle was clean when I received it on Friday, September 2nd. All of my contacts with company employees were very good.
My issue is with the gas gauge on my car. When I went to COSTCO today the needle on my gas gauge indicated the tank was 2/3s full. After filing up the tank with 9.2 gallons of gasoline, the gauge was stuck at 2/3s. What do you recommend? Thank you for your attention.
