There was a lack of communication on the status of the repairs and schedule. I had to call to receive updates. When I picked up the car I was thinking somebody would discuss and review repairs but I was handed keys and told to have a nice day. Nobody was there to answer questions. I have noticed since I got my car home there is paint over spray on a trim piece by the rear window and the rear door sill has a gouge in it that didn't get repaired. Wasnt there prior to the wreck. Not 100% satisfied with my repairs. Thanks

I was given an estimate of repairs to be done on my vehicle and it was not completed. The windshield fluid reservoir was to be replaced which I think it was but it was not filled with fluid and when I filled it it does not work or hold fluid.
