I appreciated all the informative text messages along the way. They were even willing to look at me alignment and why my brakes were squeaking. I will definitely be using them again. I did think it took a little while for the repairs but I think it was because of the hold up on the delivery of the parts that had to be ordered. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help along with working around around our schedule by staying open later. Very please with the way the car looks after the rear end accident. Thank you
