I received a call that repairs on my car were finished and so turned in my rented car. On returning to S Hill Collision I was informed that my car was not done, and that my file was mixed up with another customer with the same name. I had to return to the car rental for another car. I was also promised email updates on my car, but received none until the day the car was finished. I found these problems to be most aggravating and a waste of time, and fuel. However, my car appears to have been well repaired and so far I'm pleased with how it looks.

You took and broke my driver said visor? What kind of issue where you needed the driver side visor taken off and not put back if you didn't break it? Why would you place a lower less quality on my passenger seat? Instead of just putting the lesser model one back where passenger visors go?
