I was refered to you by another mechanic. When I walked in and stood at the reception desk, the receptionist was sitting in her chair and another male employee was talking to a customer. I was greeted by the receptionist only to be disregarded when I was talking for her to go back to the other customer. I stood there frustrated and aggravated. She had me write down my car/personal info. The other male employee gave what seemed to me as a non professional look/attitude. A few minutes later, another male employee came out to greet me to discuss what I needed for my car. He was nice and I think could tell my frustrations by my attitude. All in all, this place was the least expensive and were very quick. I will keep this place in mind for my future car needs.
