Autobody work exceeded expectations and was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and seemed to care about me as a customer. I visited 3 body shops to get quotes beforehand and Schoonovers treated me with the most respect and was the most trustworthy (even though I'm 28 I look young for my age. A different body shop told me if they accidentally broke things that I'd have to pay for the replacement parts they broke. They said there was a chance they could break my doors intrusion beam, the strongest part of the door, of all things, and that I, the customer, would have to cover the cost. This was a name brand body shop that has locations all over the Twin Cities, particularly right next to dealerships. I felt like I was totally being taken advantage of because I was young). Schoonovers did not play such games, and treated me with respect. The price of the repair was the best and so was the customer service. I will definitely recommend Schoonovers to friends and family in need of service!
