Thanks! That being said, I work in sales. I dislike seeing emails saying your employee's pay and new baby/family relies on a good review - let's pay fair wages first, and let the stellar job your company does speak for itself. Working in customer service is already a difficult job, without having this survey nonsense. Especially considering people are probably quite cranky already when they come to you guys - no one likes dealing with a collision!

It was disappointing and a waste of time to show up to pick up my car and find that every time I turned right there was a loud very noticeable rubbing sound. I ended up leaving in the rental car I drove in with. There’s no way whoever test drove my car after the work was done wouldn’t have noticed the issue I’m talking about. It should have been figured out before I took the time to come to burian in rush hour traffic. Otherwise Mike has been easy to work with and apologized for this.

I haven’t really had time to check out the car since it was dark out but from what I can tell it looks great. Mike was great. Very professional and was easy to work with. My only negative feedback would be the receptionist isn’t the kindest person. She could be a bit more friendly in person and on the phone.

Mike was so amazing, he kept me informed of the progress of my vechile, he let me know stop by step, of the procedure. He told me twice, that the work done was warranted for the entire time I owned the suv.He told me not to take the car in the car I was impressed with the car wash, that if I really needed it washed he would arrange it . Wow!! I’m impressed!! Professional and. Caring! That doesn’t happen very often anymore!
