From the initial call my vehicle was ready for pick up and the almost 3 weeks of subsequent inspection of flawed finished work and return back to Herb's shop for rework, we finally got our car back. I believe that herb's Step 6 -Herb's Final Inspection wasn't taking place with this repair.
I was impressed by the care and urgency the agent staff took to fix the repair issues.

It took a little longer than I originally thought it would. But the initial estimate from the insurance company had errors and additional work was required. Being updated helped me to understand better. Marty was great at answering all my questions and explaining what all was required. The result was a vehicle coming out that looked substantially better than it did even before the hail damage. It is the wife's truck and she is 100% happy with it. Enough said.
