From day one, I was made to feel comfortable in choosing Service King. Scott and James, you both rock! At each step of the repair process, I was texted and/or called. My new Mustang GT is back to its pristine condition! Terrific work, great customer service, and the talent that was lined up each day to ensure that I was happy. It looks beautiful, they even kept paper mats down to protect your cars carpeted floorboards. The warranty is a big plus as well. Great job!

The paperwork/computer process, including printing out final paperwork takes too long. I realize SK prides itself on immediate response to walkins, but when a service person is working on a job for a customer already is process, that task should be completed before taking on a potential new customer. Too much down time.
