Jonathan did a great job of keeping me posted on the progress of my repair, And keeping within the timeline he presented , he was thorough and attention to details as well as being attentive and courteous and professional- even though it was not what I wanted to spend time doing this week, after being hit in a parking , but was thankful the offender was honest / so that helped me to have a somewhat positive attitude !
