When I arrived the front desk clerk attended to me immediately. Matt Julian then went over the car with me. They kept me aware of the progress. The rental car place was called on my behalf and when I returned Matt Julian showed me the repairs, explained the lifetime warranty, and answered my questions. Also,I did not have to go back to the rental car place to return the car. Matt took the keys and I left. Thanks!
