I'll never do any business with service king , I was told a certain date which my vehicle would be completed , it wasn't till the day after that I received it , I also had to keep calling to check on the status of the vehicle , I was told I'd get a call back , my phone was never called , another major thing the tint that was on my old window is a complete different shade then the one I recived the car with , it looks completely ugly doesn't match the rest of the car now i have to pay out of my own pocket to make it look right

I am satisfied with your service. I appreciate the text update and I however received one that said you car is ready followed by another that said still on track for 6/2/17 which was the promised date. I was planning on that date. I got a call from enterprise saying my car had been ready for two days. Not sure if I missed any calls from Service King as my phone was dead one dead. Im saying the text could be from the service rep and more personal. I am more apt to respond to a personal text. I had to pay extra rental for extended days.
