One minor problem--your e-mail today, 29 Oct, stated car would be ready Oct 9th so I pumped 25.00 worth of gas into rental car for the weekend---five minutes after I filled the tank your rep called saying the car would be ready in one hour---you need to do something to improve your e-mail messages. I lost $25.00 due to the inaccuracy of your e-mail.
