I picked up my car today and it looked great! We did notice a little later that the headliner was pretty dirty but I'm not concerned about it because Henry was our service tech and said if there was ANY issue he would resolve it. On a personal note we'd like to say that Henry was awesome. It was a pretty embarrassing accident and he handled it with just the right amount of humor and empathy. What a great asset he is to your company!

Service King on 75 and Spring Creek made the experience so EASY! I was hit by an uninsured driver and was pretty upset and stressed over the situation. Service King made it easy to schedule my appointment, drop my car off and get the rental vehicle. My estimator was Manuel. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure it was a seamless process. From the moment I dropped by car off, to the day it was complete, I knew I was in good hands. The repair was done correctly and my car looks brand new!! Manuel was even kind enough to have my car detailed, as he knew how upset I was over it having to be repaired. Overall I couldn’t be happier with Manuel and the SK staff. 5 Stars!
