The estimated delivery time for my cars repairs kept getting extended mainly due to incorrect parts being shipped into service king, so it wasn't a good experience for me choosing service king for my repairs. Due to the fact that I should've gotten my car back a week or 2 ago, but couldn't due to the mistake of the service king representative I was working with named George. My insurance had to pay for my rental car longer due to his mistake.
