When I picked up the car it looked great. As I left the location I got the car up to speed of 55. I noticed a humming sound coming from the damaged location. I contacted Service King back. They confirmed the noise was valid and a part needed to be replaced. I was told to take the car home. When the part was received the next day once Service King would call me. I informed Service King that I work nights and would stay up and wait for that call. Well as tired as I was I waited all the next day with no avail. No one called. My car is still broke. The next day I find out the person that was to call me is currently vacation until Monday. I have requested to speak with someone else now who is at lunch. Then once I know the part is in I get to drive to the shop just to wait for an unknown amount of time until the car is repaired. Oh yeah!!!
