I appreciate getting my car in quickly both for the estimate and for the repair. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was helpful and friendly. Manuel walked me through the entire process, explaining in detail what would take place, and communicated regularly via text while repairs were being done. Getting my car back clean and vacuumed was the icing on the cake! I will continue to bring my business to Service King and will recommend it to family and friends.

Paint looks like orange peal. The light that they should replace was replace for a diferent model not matching the actual one. They left a sticker in one piece that reflects in the bumper. Really disappointed with the service. If you guys strive to fix the cars on time but wrong i prefer that you guys take longer and fix it right and i don't have to come back. I will appreciate if a manager calls me, but a real manager not a worker that says is a manager. Someone that will take care of this manner. What do you think guys that i will not notice the difference between the head lights on my truck? What a joke!!!! Again really disappointed Daniel

I was. I was initially going to work with a location closer to where I live and they weren't even willing to see me or give me a time when they thought they could get me in. They just flat out said no. Every one at this location was very friendly and helpful.
