Patrick was an incredible help when it came to assisting with the repair of my KIA. Honestly I was blown away with his professionalism and service. More associates need to model his behaviors and actions.

I was completely satisfied except for one thing. When i got my car home and was putting things back in my car...there was what appesred to be grease or somekind of back marks on the inside of my car. It was on the front seat, both sides and also on the door. In the back seat on the appolstry there were more marks..Then on the rear door frame...lots of grease. I had to scrub all of it off. It was pretty bad. But my service advisor Henry vould not have been better he was awesome!
