The front desk staff could use more enthusiasm and knowledge. That's the first impression. However, Justin makes up for their lack of care. He was very professional and caring. He took the time to explain everything. He was kind and very engaging. The body work was great, but it was Hustin who made the Service King experience a pleasant one.
